Mason Elementary School – Lunch Arbor and Multi-purpose Room

• Set up – 5:00pm
• Dinner – 5:30 – 6:30pm
• Entertainment – 6:45 – 7:30pm
  

Potluck:  Bring a favorite cultural dish to share.  It can be a main dish, dessert or starter/salad.  We will provide the plates, cups, utensils and drinks.

Decorations:  If you have something at home that you would like to share with us about your ancestral country or culture, such as pictures, posters, or other objects, you are welcome to bring them for display.

Tasting Contest:  Make your favorite recipe and let our celebrity judges pick the best in class.  Winners from each category will receive the coveted Golden Whisk Award.  The food categories are:  

• Appetizer/side dish/salad
• Main Entrée
• Dessert

(Please make sure your entry is available on the Judging Table by 5:30pm)

Reflections Art and Literature Program:  Come see the fabulous art and literary work submitted by our students. 

Membership Drawing:  make sure you have submitted your PTA membership application for this year.  One lucky PTA Member will win a Nintendo Wii with 5 games.  I know – I can’t believe it either.  You have until Wednesday October 22, 2008 to submit your PTA application and $7.00 dues.

Entertainment:  Mrs. Exner and Mrs. Gronottee, our super talented PE Teachers, have planned a musical program featuring our children.  Each grade will be performing – so bring your cameras and don’t miss out.
