November was definitely the month to be thankful! Our "America" became ONE during that time and I'm so thankful for that.
PTA gave our teachers and other remarkable staff members an "Italian" feast for a Thanksgiving celebration..We are so thankful for such wonderful teachers, office staff, principals, aides, councelor's, noon duties and the list keeps going..Thanks for all you do for our children! Parents- Thank you for being an active parent in your childs life. You are their #1 fan..Keep up the positve life that they need! Children: Thank you for being such wonderful kids. I smile everyday when I get hugs from you.. You're the best..Keep up your hard work!
Here are some "behind the scene pictures" of the Italian Feast..Without Kimberly Poole this wouldn't be possible..Thank you for all the volunteers who helped Kimberly out and making this afternoon a special one for everyone.

You often find what you are looking for. If it is something bad, bad things have a way of finding you. If it is something good, likewise good things will come your way. I think the same thing applies to how we view our school. Like every organization, we will find things that can frustrate us, but also discover great things too. Our expectations are often fulfilled it’s kind of a prophecy. |

I’m Thankful for My Teacher Because…is a contest to say thank you to our teaches. Between November 1 and 30, 2008 you can stop by any Mission Federal Credit Union branch or Cox store and fill out a thank you post card. During the week of 7 December the cards will be tallied and delivered. Prizes will be given to the the 6 teachers who received the most thank you cards.
