PTA gave our teachers and other remarkable staff members an "Italian" feast for a Thanksgiving celebration..We are so thankful for such wonderful teachers, office staff, principals, aides, councelor's, noon duties and the list keeps going..Thanks for all you do for our children! Parents- Thank you for being an active parent in your childs life. You are their #1 fan..Keep up the positve life that they need! Children: Thank you for being such wonderful kids. I smile everyday when I get hugs from you.. You're the best..Keep up your hard work! I'm happy to inform you that I have taken over for Lori Orvard, who had many years of being Mason's Newsletter Manager. I want to thank her for doing such a great job, and say we will miss her & wish her good luck with her upcoming College Courses..We love you Lori! I'm looking forward to many years with Mason's Newsletter because I have two children who attend the school. My son is now in 4th grade and my daughter is in 2nd grade. I also work at Mason during Lunch Recess, so if you ever hear your child say, "Hi Ms. Tiffany!", you'll know who I am. It's an honor to be the new manager for the newsletter. I know I'm going to enjoy it. It's now the month of October, can you believe it? I hope you and your child have had a great beginning so far.. Back to School night was a total success. There were a lot of people involving themselves with signing up to the PTA Membership, buying t-shirts, and voting on our school budget. Thank you for participating. While I was at the event I was asked a lot about how to get someone's daugther into Girl Scouts. I didn't have a lot of information for them, but I did mention going to the Girl Scout website. If you're looking for an exciting thing for your daugther to do, then sign her up for Girl Scouts. It really is a great experience for them. I'm the Leader of my daughters troop.   She has had a great time learning about different things that have come along with being a GS.. Right now our troop is involved with "Soldier's Angels"; A foundation for helping our soldiers overseas. We are collecting items such as granola/protein bars, for our Men and Women.  More Information about this Foundation is on page 8. Doing community service within our troop is a fantastic reason to be a Girl Scout. Thank you all for participating and bringing your wonderful dishes to our setting..I was definitely full by the end of the night.. Thanks to all the judges that participated with our recipe contest. I loved seeing you wear those chef hats.. And thanks to all the children who did their dances..You did a great job! Mrs. Exner and Mrs. Gronotte did a fantastic job putting together the entertainment..We really appreciated it! We also want to  Thank Vera Savage for being in charge of decorating the Potluck. She and all the volunteers worked very hard creating a festive scenery..Thank you Everyone!
