Dearest Lions,
This is our last week together. You have done a wonderful job and we are so proud of all of your hard work. We know that next year will be even better and so we look forward to seeing your smiling faces in September!
We know that you will read and practice your math facts over the summer. Do your personal best every day and practice good character.
We hope that you have a wonderful and safe summer and we will see you on again on September 7th! |

Dear Mason Parents,
Hello! My name is Kimberley Poole and I have been elected as your new PTA President. I have two sons here at Mason: Tommy,10 and Jacob, 7. We have been at Mason since Tommy started Kindergarten, but we have lived in San Diego since 1999. I am a California native, and am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Go 49ers!!
As we end another school year, we may look back with amazement at how fast another year has gone by!
I know that when I look at my sons, I am amazed that Tommy is going into 5th grade, and my “baby” is starting 2nd grade! |

Dear Lion Families, It has been a wonderful year and our students have worked very hard to learn and master their grade level Standards. Even though it is July, our Lions continue to strive to do their personal best! We appreciate your support in making sure that our children come to school daily and on time. Working together, we achieve success. By now, you should have received an application for summer school if your child is eligible. Summer school is one of the best interventions that we have for helping our students to meet grade level standards. If summer school was recommended by your child’s teacher , it is critical that he/she attends from July 26 through August 20th. Classes will be held at Mason from 7:50 to 12:10. There will be no breakfast program during summer school, however, lunch will be served from 12:10 PM to 12:30 PM. Lunch is free to all students and children under 18 years old. If you need more information, call our school office. |
